Client Services Associate - Level 1
Position Summary
The Client Services Associate is responsible for servicing ProFunds Financial Professionals on a daily basis while simultaneously supporting the Head of CS in oversight of specific projects.
Primary Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional service to inbound calls by Financial Professionals.
- Serve as Product Expert for clients.
- Take and process client trade orders quickly and accurately.
- Research and resolve basic and administrative problems.
- Assist in the development and implementation of policies and procedures.
- Support ProFunds and ProShares sales and marketing campaigns.
- Interface with outside service providers (e.g., transfer agent) as required.
- Maintain knowledge of legal requirements and government regulations affecting Mutual Fund and Exchange Traded Fund industry.
- Ensures policies, procedures, and reporting are in compliance.
- Contribute to completion of department initiatives.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Education and Experience
- BA/BS degree.
- NASD Series 7 and 63 or ability to obtain within 120 days of employment.
- Customer service experience.
- Mutual fund, exchange traded fund, or securities background.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills with a high degree of customer focus.
- Innovative thinking with the ability to adapt quickly to change.
- Effective written and oral communication skills and excellent interpersonal skills required.
- Knowledge and expertise in Microsoft office products and internet.
- Ability to work in a fast paced team environment without close supervision to the highest levels of quality and communicate problems and/or concerns in a timely fashion.

- Knowledge and experience is limited and are still developing administrative and sales support skills
- Focuses on supporting the origination of new business
